Madison Mustaches for Kids is an annual charity event where brave men grow a mustache for a month and get people to sponsor their mustache endeavor. At the end of the month, there is a 'Stache Bash to crown the 'Stache Master of Madison. More importantly though, all money raised is donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Wisconsin. This blog follows one brave mustachier during this month long event.

Week 4 pictures from the 'Stache Bash
The 2010 'Stache Bash was a a huge success! Thanks to everyone who came out and to all of our brave growers. We raised over $4,400 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin! More pictures coming soon!

2010 Madison M4K Meeting Times and Places
March 29 - Clean Shaven Day, Madison's Downtown (119 King St) April 5, 5:30 pm - One week in, Kollege Klub (529 N Lake St) April 12 - Two weeks in, Paul's Club (212 State St) April 19 - Three weeks in, Wando's (602 University Ave) April 26 - 'STACHE BASH, Downtown Great Dane Pub (123 E Doty St)
(All meeting times are 7 pm unless otherwise noted and there should be drink specials of some kind at each bar)
It's all about cash for kids...
So far, Madison M4K has raised over $20,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
2008 - Sponsored Cailen's wish to go to Disney. Cailen is doing fine and enjoying being in school with friends.
2007 - Sponsored Robert to go to Sesame Street Resort in Jamaica
2006 - Sponsored 5 year-old Dillon to go to Disney World
2005 - Sponsored 3 year-old Jonah to go to Disney World and a Disney Cruise
Last year we raised more than $4,457.65. We want to raise more this year. So be a grower and help a child's wish come true. Or if you just want to donate, that's fine too. Just come to one of the M4K meetings listed above, have a beer, and drop off some money. The more the merrier.
